Horrible customer service!!!!!!

I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life! Ask for help because I purchased a wrong part and simply got ignored no phone number or anything to get a hold of these people!I needed a Rear Driveshaft for the F450 and it doesn’t even have it on the owner’s manual!????? would never buy anything from them ever again!

to short

ive been struggling to get my truck back up and running i bought front and rear intimate shafts from you guys and sense i bought front and rear upper control arms No drive Shaft will fit unless i doing something wrong its to short do to the control arms extending my frame so my intimate shafts won't my drive cup i need help to see if i bought the wrong part or need to buy another part nothing is wrong with the part i just think im doing something wrong on my end im thinking i need to by something for my drive cup if you could reach back to me that would be so helpful my truck has been in pieces for almost a month and i havent got a email back trhanks
