Terrible place for plastic

Broke quickly pulling empty trailer on terrain, high cycle fatigue under moment loads. Hitch frame should be aluminum. If insisting on plastic, shouldnt be so stingy with it where supporting the receiver.

Breaks too easy

The hitch itself is aluminum and very nice how ever the plastic receiver that holds it breaks very easily. I would highly recommend an “H-Tech hitch”, it’s about $13 more but is all aluminum and doesn’t look like it will ever fail. I have already purchased the KAOS hitch and it broke so I’m just going to make my own at this point.
The KAOS “gooseneck hitch” on the other hand is very nice and sturdy. I wish they went all aluminum on the regular hitch too.

Very happy with my purchase looks great on f450 .

Still a lot of twisting in the hitch when towing my Huina Front Loader on a modified triple axle ...

Still using the same plastic rear bumper/receiver mount on this kit. It's the weakest link. Maybe it's time to change out/recall all those with Aluminum.
